If you take EverQuest (or any game) seriously, you probably have a quad core processor installed on your computer. Quad core processors allow graphical processing to happen at high speeds. If you want to run EverQuest on your quad core processor, you simply need to follow a few basic steps.

Verify that you meet the other system requirements of EverQuest (see Resources). While your quad core will meet the processor requirement, you may have a deficiency somewhere else. For example, your CD-ROM player might not have the proper speed.

Install EverQuest. Plug the installation disk into your optical drive, and run the installation program. Accept the license agreement, and choose a destination for your installation.
