How to Convert a PDF to a PPD
PDF is a file standard created by Adobe. PDF stands for Portable Document Format. PDD stands for Project Design Document. PDF files are used for all types of documents, from legal files, to books, to collections of pictures, to electronic forms for tax returns or field trip signups. PDD is just an alternative format that is made to be opened in Adobe Photoshop instead of Adobe PDF Viewer.

Drag the PDF file into the main window of Adobe Photoshop.

Click File>Save As...

Enter a file name and at the end of the file name enter ".pdd" Photoshop will save the file as a PDD file.
Example of text to enter into filename dialogue box: "my vacation pics.pdd"
