How to Find Doug on Webkinz
The dogs Arte and Doug of "Webkinz World" were best friends until Doug decided he wanted to keep the precious gems in the mine to himself. Arte opened the mines for all the pets in "Webkinz World." Doug now appears in "Webkinz World" each day for one hour. If you happen to find him, he will trade rare items in return for a gem he desires. Although Doug can be found in the same place every time, the hour in which he appears changes from day to day.

Click on the "Things to Do" tab at the bottom of your screen.

Click on the "Map of Kinzville" under the word "Explore" on the menu.

Choose the "Clubhouse" on the map on the right side of the screen. The clubhouse is marked by a tree.

Click on the door that says "KinzChat." A list of rooms will appear. Click on "Collector Room."

Click on "Find Me a Room" and wait for the room to load. Look for Doug in this room. He is a brown and white dog with a red cap.

Click on Doug to see what gem he is looking for. It will be a different gem each day.

If Doug is not present when you get to "Collector Room," wait another hour and try again.
