How to Close a Boxed Business Letter
Boxed business letters are letters formatted without any indents. This means that your address, the date, salutation, body, closing, and signature are all aligned with the left hand margin of the paper. This is the most common formatting used in business letters, although some people prefer to use a modified box format (no indents in the text but your address, date, and closing are indented). Regardless what type of boxed business letter format you use, be clear and concise throughout your letter --- your closing is no exception.
