Instructions

    • 1

Wash the face with soap and water to scrub away any oil on the face.

    • 2

Paint a triangle shape that goes all the way around the nose. Use a cheerful color like red, blue, green or orange. Avoid using black, as this will make your scarecrow face look skull-like. Use a paintbrush.

    • 3

Draw "stitching" all the way around the nose -- that is, draw short, evenly spaced black lines that connect the edges of the nose to the rest of the face. Use a paintbrush, or if your face paint kit has paint in stick-form, use a paint stick.

    • 4

Paint red circles on each cheek. Use a paintbrush or a sponge for softer edges.

    • 5

Paint the lips red, pink or orange. Use a paintbrush or face paint sticks.

    • 6

Paint the area above the eyes a color like light blue or light orange. Cover up the eyebrows. Use a sponge.

    • 7

Paint the eyebrows back on the face, using a paintbrush. The eyebrows should be arched in a way that is comical. Use a dark color like red, blue or green.

Tips & Warnings
