How to Change the Language on a Samsung i900 Omnia

Samsung released the i900 Omnia smartphone in 2008. This phone runs the Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system and offers a 5-megapixel camera. When you first purchase a Samsung Omnia you select the primary language during the initial setup process. However, there is always the chance you may want to change the language after the phone has been setup. The good news is that you can change the language anytime you want right from the home screen of the phone.

  • Click on the "Settings" option in the Samsung Omnia's main menu screen and a list of options will appear.

  • Select "System" and then select "Regional Settings."

  • Select the region that applies to you from the options on screen. A list of languages will appear.

  • Select the desired language and confirm the choice when prompted.
