Create the essentials. Make multiple boards from regular paper or cardboard. Make the grids 5-by-5 squares. Also, have an item for drawing numbers from. You can use a baseball cap or a simple box.

Populate the boards. Place random numbers on each board. The numbers should be placed in the proper column. Since you don't wish to use letters, the first column could simply read "1-15." Make columns for 16-30, 31-45, 46-60 and 61-75. You can place a "free" space at the center of each board.

Write each number on a small piece of paper. Place all 75 numbers into the hat or box. You can now play bingo using the kit you constructed.
