How Do I Look at My Pictures on Media Mail With Boost Mobile?

Save

Boost Mobile allows you to save your pictures online through a service called Media Mail. If you want to look at the pictures stored to your Media Mail account, you will need to have access to a computer and your Media Mail password. Your Media Mail password is the password that Boost Mobile sent to your phone after you received or sent your first MMS message.

  • Launch your Internet browser and visit the Media Mail login website.

  • Enter your 10-digit Boost Mobile phone number and your Media Mail password into the appropriate fields.

  • Check the box "Remember Me" to avoid having to enter the information again. If you are using a shared computer, do not check this box as it may enable someone else to gain access to your photos.

  • Click "Sign in" to log into your Media Mail account. Wait for a listing of your sent and received multimedia messages to appear on the screen.

  • Click on the message(s) to view the pictures. Save the image to your computer by right-clicking the picture and selecting "Save Image." Select the location where you would like to save the picture from the dialog box and click "OK." Continue this process to save additional pictures from your Media Mail account to your computer.

Tips & Warnings

  • To protect your privacy, you should not save your pictures to a computer that you do not own.
