Press the down arrow button and highlight "Setup." Press the "OK" button.

Press the up or down arrow button, and highlight "Time." Use the number buttons on the remote control and enter the correct time. Press the "OK" button to select "AM" or "PM."

Press the down arrow button and highlight "Time Zone." Use the arrow button and select "Atlantic," "Alaska," ""Central," "Eastern," "Hawaii," "Mountain," Newfoundland," "Pacific" or "Samoa."

Press the down arrow button and highlight "Daylight Saving." Select "On" to show Daylight Saving information, or "Off" to ignore it.
Step 6
Press the up or down arrow button and select "Sleep Timer." Use the left or right arrow button and set the minutes to "0" or "Off," whichever option applies to your RCA TV model.
