How to Hide Bids on GetAFreelancer
GetAFreelancer, now known as Freelancer, is a Web-based job board where small businesses can post jobs they have available. Freelancer users bid on these jobs. After the client has enough bids or a bid that meets his needs, he can select the user to begin work. When posting a job to bid on, clients can choose to hide all bids so other users cannot see what others have bid.

Navigate to freelancer.com. Click "Post Project" from top of the page.

Sign in to your buyer account. If you are a new user, you can select "I Am a New User" and enter a username, password and the information about your job as a free trial for the first job posting.

Complete all sections that pertain to the job you are posting.

Look under "Promote Your Listing." Check the "Sealed Bids" box. This will ensure that any bids on your project are hidden from other bidders. The only people that can see a person's bid are yourself and the person that made the bid.

Continue to the bottom of the page. When you are ready to post your project, click "Preview My Project." On the next page, preview your job listing and click "Submit."
