How to Make Creepy Non-Alcoholic Drinks for Halloween
It isn't necessary to serve alcoholic drinks to have fun on Halloween. Instead, mix up a colorful, creepy drink suitable for guests of any age. Place a dollop of whipped cream or a stir stick in each glass to add to the festive atmosphere of your creepy drinks. Most creepy Halloween drinks are fruit-juice based, making a healthy, hangover-proof Halloween brew that will leave you feeling fine the next morning. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- 1 gallon orange juice
- 1 gallon cranberry or grape juice
- Large punch bowl
- 1 cup blackberry or raspberry juice
- Ice cubes
- 2 packages lime or green apple gelatin mix
- 4 cups boiling water
- 2 2-liter bottles ginger ale, seltzer or lemon lime
- 6 cups orange or pineapple juice
- 3 6-ounce cans frozen limeade
- 5 cups ginger ale, seltzer, or lemon lime soda
- 2 16-ounce bottles lemon-lime sports drink
- Green food coloring
- Food-quality plastic gloves
- Plastic face mask
- Plastic wrap
- Red food coloring
- Large plastic witch's cauldron (optional)
- Dry ice (optional)
Instructions

Bloody Vampire Brew

Combine orange juice and cranberry or grape juice in a large punchbowl. Mix well.

Stir in cherry, blackberry or raspberry sherbet. Stir the mixture until the sherbet melts.

Add ice cubes or embellishments to the bloody vampire brew and serve.
Creepy Brew

Place two large packages of lime or green apple gelatin mix in a large punch bowl. Add 4 cups of boiling water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Pour in ginger ale, seltzer or lemon lime soda. Add cold orange or pineapple juice and stir.

Chill the creepy brew. Add ice cubes or creepy embellishments and serve.
Green Goo

Place frozen limeade in a large punch bowl. Allow the limeade to thaw slightly to make mixing easier.

Stir in ginger ale, seltzer or lemon lime soda and lemon lime sports drink. Mix well.

Drop in several drops of green food coloring until the green goo reaches the desired color. Chill and serve.
Icky Embellishments

Fill food-quality plastic gloves with water. If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring to the liquid in each glove. Tie the tops of the gloves securely, then place the gloves in the freezer. Remove the frozen "hands" from the plastic gloves. Float the hands in the punch bowl.

Line a plastic face mask with plastic wrap, then fill the mask with water. Color the water with a few drops of red or green food coloring to make a scary ice face. Freeze the mask, then slide the face out of the mask. Float the face in your punch bowl just before serving.

Set your punch bowl in a large, plastic witch's cauldron. If desired, place a small amount of dry ice in the bottom of the cauldron, under the punch bowl. Add a few drops of water to make "smoke."
