How to Troubleshoot a Sirius Online Media Player
The Sirius Online Media Player allow Sirius subscribers to listen to their favorite Sirius Satellite Radio channels through an Internet connection on their computer. If you have problems with your Sirius Online Media Player, you have a couple of methods to diagnose the problem. The most common issue is a problem with your Internet connection. However, you may also have a problem with your Sirius subscription.

Double-click on your Web browser desktop icon to launch it. Alternatively, Click "Start" and click on the icon for your Web browser.

Look at the Ethernet cable connecting your computer to the cable modem in your house. Make sure that the Ethernet cable connects to your computer's Ethernet port and the Ethernet port on the cable modem. The Ethernet port is on the side or back panel of your computer and on the back of your cable modem.

Turn the cable modem and your router off for 10 seconds, and turn them back on to reset them.

Contact your Internet service provider to make sure that you don't have an outage in your area. In addition, pay all your Internet bills to keep your service connected. Have the customer service representative check the connection from his end. He can ping your modem to make sure your Internet works properly.

Go to the Sirius homepage. Click on the "Listen Online" option at the top of the page. Wait for the "Sirius Player" to load on the page and enter your username and password into the fields.

Click on the "Log In & Listen Now" button. Click on the "Forgot Password" option and follow the directions to reset your password if you can't log in.

Contact Sirius to make sure that you are up to date on your subscription payments if you still can't log in. They will also be able to tell you if the online player has technical problems unrelated to your connection or subscription.
