How to Make Turkey Fajitas

Turkey fajitas are both easy to make and satisfying. You won't be sick of leftover turkey when you eat it like this. Makes 6 to 8 fajitas.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • chili powder
  • flour tortillas
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 sliced green bell pepper
  • lime
  • 1 sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • salsa
  • sour cream
  • 4 c. leftover turkey
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • Groceries
  • Skillets
  • Spatulas

  1. Step 1

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Step 2

    Add sliced red onion, garlic, and green and red bell pepper strips. Sauté until soft.

  3. Step 3

    Add turkey strips, and cook until heated through.

  4. Step 4

    Stir in chili powder to taste.

  5. Step 5

    Roll up mixture in warmed flour tortillas, and serve with salsa and sour cream.

Tips & Warnings
  • Try squeezing a lime over the fajitas before you roll them up.
