How to Make Neon Light Shoelaces

Things You'll Need

• Plastic bag
• Neon color glow in the dark fabric paint
• Paint brush

Instructions

1. Cover your work area with a plastic bag. Lay the pair of shoelaces on the plastic bag.

2. Squeeze a layer of neon color glow in the dark fabric paint on one side of both shoelaces. Spread the paint evenly with a small paintbrush. Let dry for an hour or according to the directions in the paint bottle.

3. Flip the shoelaces over and repeat step 2.
