How to Get All Plates in "Pokemon SoulSilver"

After you obtain the 16 gym badges in "Pokemon SoulSilver," you can collect the 16 plates that change Arceus' type -- the Alpha Pokemon -- when held. These plates are special stones that also boost a specific type of Pokemon battle move when held by other Pokemon. The type of move a plate boosts depends on the plate type. You receive the plates one at a time on the SS Aqua ship that travels between Olivine City in the Johto Region and Vermillion City in the Kanto region.
