How to Mix Oranges & Milk

The zesty taste of fresh orange and the creamy and dense flavor of milk don't ordinarily seem to mix together. This is because the citric acid in oranges curdles milk. However, a delicious drink called an Orange Julius smoothie allows you to blend oranges and milk into a drink that is invigorating, delicious and sweet. Knowing how to mix oranges and milk to make your own version of an Orange Julius gives you the ability to serve refreshing drinks chock-full of calcium and vitamin C.
