How to Mix Oranges & Milk
The zesty taste of fresh orange and the creamy and dense flavor of milk don't ordinarily seem to mix together. This is because the citric acid in oranges curdles milk. Knowing how to mix oranges and milk to make your own version of an Orange Julius gives you the ability to serve refreshing drinks chock-full of calcium and vitamin C.

Other ingredients can add to the flavor and invigorating feelings a home-blended Julius drink gives you. For instance, honey serves as a healthful replacement for sugar, and 1 tsp. of fresh mint leaves adds a bite to the drink.
