How to Reset the Recycle Bin in Vista
Files that you delete normally get sent to the Recycle Bin. You can access this location using the Recycle Bin icon on the Windows Vista desktop. The most important feature of the Recycle Bin is its ability to restore deleted files to former locations. If you want to reset the Recycle Bin to its former state, you must restore any files located within it.
