How to Make Turkey Tacos
Easy as pie. Easier, even (which is perfect, since it uses leftovers). Makes about eight tacos. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- 4 c. leftover turkey
- grated cheddar cheese
- corn tortillas
- shredded iceberg lettuce
- guacamole
- salsa
- Groceries
- Chef's Knives
- Cheese Graters
- Cutting Boards

Cut turkey into strips.

Roll turkey into warmed corn tortillas and top with as much salsa, guacamole, cheddar cheese and shredded iceberg lettuce as you desire.

Tips & Warnings
You can warm the tortillas in a microwave, but they taste better if they're placed in a nonstick skillet for a minute or two on each side.

Place a corn tortilla in warmed-oil skillet only for a few seconds til soft. Fill with meat. Place soft tacos in deep-dish baking pan - deep to help keep tacos from falling over; lean each on one another. Place in preheated, 350 deg. oven. Cook til crisp. -
