How to Make Turkey Tacos

Easy as pie. Easier, even (which is perfect, since it uses leftovers). Makes about eight tacos.

Instructions

Things You’ll Need:

• Groceries
• Chef's Knives
• Cheese Graters
• Cutting Boards
• 4 c. leftover turkey
• grated cheddar cheese
• corn tortillas
• shredded iceberg lettuce
• guacamole
• salsa

1. Cut turkey into strips.
2. Roll turkey into warmed corn tortillas and top with as much salsa, guacamole, cheddar cheese and shredded iceberg lettuce as you desire.
3. Serve.

Tips & Warnings

• You can warm the tortillas in a microwave, but they taste better if they're placed in a nonstick skillet for a minute or two on each side.
