Easy as pie. Easier, even (which is perfect, since it uses leftovers). Makes about eight tacos.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
Cut turkey into strips.
Step2
Roll turkey into warmed corn tortillas and top with as much salsa, guacamole, cheddar cheese and shredded iceberg lettuce as you desire.
Step3
Serve.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can warm the tortillas in a microwave, but they taste better if they're placed in a nonstick skillet for a minute or two on each side.

on 11/22/2005 Place a corn tortilla in warmed-oil skillet only for a few seconds til soft. Fill with meat. Place soft tacos in deep-dish baking pan - deep to help keep tacos from falling over; lean each on one another. Place in preheated, 350 deg. oven. Cook til crisp.
