Tutorial on How to Create a Web Page With Microsoft Word
The Web is interesting and exciting, but creating Web pages can be daunting for the novice, and hiring a professional is expensive, especially if your needs are simple. Fortunately, Microsoft's Word application, part of the Office suite, can create Web pages. The process is no harder than creating a normal Word document. You can use this functionality to create basic Web pages for your business, family, sports team or friends.

Click "File" on the menu bar.

Click "New" on the menu.

Click "Web Page" on the task pane that appears.

Add text to the Web page. Set the font, style and layout as you would for a normal Word document.

Add images to the Web page, if desired, by clicking "Insert," then "Picture," then selecting the image you want to add.

Fine-tune the layout of the Web page using Word's built-in layout tools as you would for a normal Word document.
