How to Make a Glow in the Dark Dress
Fabric treated with a laundry whitener/brightener solution glows when it is exposed to black or ultraviolet light. The solution contains chemicals called phosphors, which are found in nature, in insects such as lightning bugs and scorpions. You can make your own glow-in-the-dark dress using laundry whitener/brightener solution and wear to it to a Halloween party. Once you step under the black light, your dress will glow.
