How to Make Pearl Rings
You can make a beaded dangle pearl ring from a small piece of jewelry wire and pearl beads in the color of your choice. Use tiny beads to make the ring and choose a larger pearl bead or two to dangle from the ring. The ring requires no welding and little previous jewelry-making experience. Make a ring for yourself to coordinate with your favorite outfit and one to give a special friend.

1
Measure the circumference of your finger and cut a piece of thin-gauge jewelry wire to this measurement plus 1/2 inch. Use a jewelry wire between 24 and 30 gauge.
-
2
Thread tiny seed beads or tiny seed pearls in the color of your choice onto the wire, leaving 1/4 inch of wire empty at each end.
-
-
3
Twist the ends of the wire together with needle-nose pliers and insert the wire ends back into the holes in the beads to hide the wire.
-
4
Open a tiny jump ring with the pliers and thread a small pearl bead onto the jump ring.
-
5
Hook the open jump ring onto the ring over the top of the joined wire ends.
-
6
Pinch the ends of the jump ring closed with the pliers.
-
7
Cut a 1-inch-long piece of jewelry wire and make a tiny loop at the very end using the pliers. This tiny loop stops the beads you will thread onto the wire from falling off the wire.
-
8
Thread two or three pearl beads onto the wire and make a loop at the top end of the wire.
-
9
Wrap the wire around itself underneath the loop using the pliers. Thread the end of the wire into the bead opening to hide the end.
-
10
Open a small jump ring and hook it onto the loop at the top end of the tiny length of beads. Hook the jump ring onto the jump ring on the beaded ring and pinch it closed with the pliers.
