How to Remove the Profile Picture Album on Facebook

Facebook users can add personalization to their account with profile photos, which often show a picture that helps other users to identify them. The profile photo album contains the photos that appear next to the Facebook user's name. Facebook does not allow for the deletion of the entire album at once, however the profile photo album can still be deleted by following a few easy steps.

Instructions

    • 1

Open an Internet browser and navigate to Facebook's login page.

    • 2

Type your email address and password into the provided fields and click "Login."

    • 3

Click "Profile," in the upper right corner of the screen.

    • 4

Click "Photos," on the left side of the screen.

    • 5

Click "Profile Photos." All your profile photos will load onto the screen.

    • 6

Click the first profile photo. The photo will load, full-sized, in the middle of your screen.

    • 7

Click "Delete This Photo" at the bottom left of the screen.

    • 8

Click "Confirm" when the pop-up screen asks "Are you sure you want to delete this photo?"

    • 9

Repeat this process, deleting each photo in the album, until "There are no photos in this album" appears. Your profile photo album has now been deleted.
