How to Send an Application to an iPod
The iPod Touch, a multimedia device made by Apple, comes with a variety of free applications, also known as "apps," already installed, so you can do things like listen to music, surf the Internet with the Safari Web browser, exchange email with Mail, and organize tasks with Calendar. The iPod Touch accesses Apple's App Store over the Internet using Wi-Fi, enabling you to download new apps directly to the device. If you download apps to your computer using Apple's free iTunes application, you can transfer those apps to the iPod Touch through the included USB cable.
