How to Pass the Guild Leader in ''WoW''

Guilds are groups of players in "World of Warcraft" who are all working toward the same goal. The founding member of a guild is usually the guild master. This player has complete control over the guild. However, there may be times when you are no longer able to run the guild, whether it is due to personal reasons or in-game reasons. Pass the leadership of the guild to any current member of your guild using a slash command.

Instructions

    • 1

Press "Enter" to activate the chat channel cursor.

    • 2

Type "/gleader xxxx" (without the quotes), where xxxx is a name of a member of your guild.

    • 3

Press "Enter." Leadership of the guild is passed instantly to the member you typed.

Tips & Warnings

  • The guild member does not need to be online to receive leadership of the guild. However, he must be a member of your guild in order to take leadership.

  • Make sure the person you pass the guild leadership to is a trustworthy person, as she will be in control of all aspects of your guild, including the guild bank.
