How to Update NVIDIA

NVIDIA is a semiconductor company most well known for its series of graphics card chipsets. NVIDIA also produces motherboard chipsets responsible for communications between the different devices located on a motherboard, such as PCI slots and hard drive ports. NVIDIA hardware is enhanced through software. You can update the installed NVIDIA software to take advantage of new features, bug fixes, and in some cases, better hardware performance.

Instructions

1. Visit the NVIDIA website.

2. Click to choose your worldwide region.

3. Click "Download drivers".

4. Click to select your product type, product series, product name, operating system and language.

5. Click "Search".

6. Click "Download".

7. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions to begin the update process.

8. Restart the computer when finished to complete the update process.
