Advantage Flea Medication Application Instructions
Fleas are a dangerous nuisance, both to humans and to animals. Fortunately, Advantage has a line of products designed specifically to combat these tiny bloodsucking pests.

Remove the tube's cap and reverse it. Place the cap back onto the tube to pierce the thin foil plug, then remove the cap and set it aside.

For dogs under 20 pounds: Part the dog's hair at the shoulder blades. Squeeze the entire contents of the tube onto the exposed skin.

For dogs over 20 pounds: Part the dog's hair at three to four regular intervals along its spine, starting from the shoulder blades and ending at the base of the tail. Squeeze even amounts at each spot, being careful not to apply too much to any single place to prevent runoff.

Dispose of the empty tube as directed on the packaging.

Tips & Warnings
The steps described above apply only to the canine version of the product. For other versions, please consult the product packaging.
Do not allow your dog to lick or bite the treated areas for at least 30 minutes.
Do not allow the product to make contact with your dog's eyes or mouth.
