How to Make Apple Genius Bar Appointments

If your Apple product malfunctions you can take it to a Genius Bar at an Apple store for repair. The Genius Bar offers appointments to make it easier for customers to receive assistance for broken products. Bring all the information and parts of the item. For example, if your iPod Touch isn't working properly, bring the charging cord. Damage to the cord might affect the charging of the iPod Touch.

Instructions

1. Log onto the Apple website's Genius Bar page.

2. Click on the first drop down menu on the right hand side of the webpage. Click on what state you live in, if it is on the list.

3. Click on the next drop down menu. Select the store closest to you. Click on the reserve button underneath the drop down menus.

4. Choose the item category from the list on the next page that you are making the appointment for and click "Next."

5. Click on the time of day and the day of the week on the calendar. Choose a time and click "Next."

6. Type your contact information in the online form and click to submit it.
