How to Steal an Airplane in "Grand Theft Auto 3" for Xbox
"Grand Theft Auto 3" was brought to the Xbox in the form of the "Grand Theft Auto Double Pack" -- packaging the game with "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City." The only plane available to steal in the game is the Dodo. This plane can be found at the Francis International Airport in the Shoreside Vale area. Players can enter the plane using the same button used for entering land vehicles in other areas of the game.

Go to Francis International Airport in Shoreside Veil. Go to the southwest hangar, the green hangar north of the airport or the eastern part of the runway to find the Dodo.

Press "Y" beside the plane to enter it. Press and hold the right trigger to accelerate.

Press the left thumbstick forward until sparks appear. Let go of the thumbstick to take off.
