How to Change the Notifier on a Blackberry Curve

Blackberry Curve users are able to create customized sound profiles on their phones by selecting and assigning notifier tones. Notifier tones alert users to events such as incoming text messages and emails. Users of the Blackberry Curve 9300 and 9330 series are able to change their notifier tones from the "Sound and Alert Profiles" menu on the home screens of their phones.

Instructions

1. Navigate to your Blackberry Curve's home screen.

2. Click the "Sound and Alert Profiles" icon.

3. Click "Change Sounds and Alerts;" then click "Sounds for Selected Profile."

4. Scroll down to the notifier field.

5. Select a tone by viewing all music, all voice notes or all alerts.

6. Click the Blackberry key, and select "Save" to save your changes.
