How to Extract Favorites From IE

Internet Explorer contains a favorites, or bookmarks, system. The favorites pane stores links to Web sites you add so you can access them in the future. Internet Explorer stores your favorites on your computer. You can move favorites between computers by exporting them to a file. The extracted file can be imported to Internet Explorer or another Web browser. If you have a lot of favorites, it's a good idea to occasionally export them to a file and back them up in case you lose them.
