How to Voice a Complaint to the BBB
The Better Business Bureau is a nonprofit organization with the goal of supporting an "ethical marketplace" where companies and consumers can do business in an atmosphere of mutual trust. The BBB, founded in 1912, operates more than 100 regional branch organizations and provides information on businesses and charities to help consumers make informed choices. The BBB also helps mediate disputes between a business and its customers or between a charity and its donors. You can file a complaint about a business or charity at the BBB website.
