How to Connect to Edge With an iPhone 3G on T-Mobile
The iPhone 3G is not compatible with T-Mobile's high-speed cellular data network due to frequency differences, but users can still connect to the slower EDGE network. The user just needs to set the cellular data APN setting to the T-Mobile APN. Once the user has made the change, she can browse the Internet on her iPhone using T-Mobile.
