Some cable and satellite providers offer the latest movies, wrestling matches, martial arts competitions and more live through the Pay-Per-View (PPV) programming option. Although most events can be ordered directly from the PPV channel, some providers offer this option online. If you have a computer with Internet access, ordering PPV online is easy.
Access your satellite or cable provider's official website.
Locate and click the "Pay Per View" link.
Log into your online account using your online ID and password or account number and password. If this is your first time using this service, follow the on-screen prompts to register your account. Have your satellite or cable billing statement handy as you will need your account number.
Locate the "PPV" tab and search for the event you want to purchase. Click "Order" or "Purchase." Confirm your order's accuracy when prompted. Some companies might accept a debit or credit card payment online, while others usually place the event's fees on your next monthly billing statement.
Turn to the designated event channel on your cable or satellite receiver to confirm your order. You might see the words "Purchased" or "Paid", along with the date and time of purchase.
