For privacy reasons, you may have wanted to block certain callers on your Boost Mobile phone. On the other hand, you may have only wanted to block all private and unknown callers from contacting you. If you need to receive an outside call, or if you simply changed your mind, you may remove the blocking feature from your Boost Mobile phone. You will need to contact Boost Mobile when asking about removing this feature.

Contact Boost Mobile at 866-402-7366. Verify your account information with the representative.

Tell the representative that you would like to remove privacy or blocking features.

Request an unblocking feature from Boost Mobile. This is a service feature included with their plans. The representative will automatically add the feature to your phone.

Dial *87 on your phone's keypad. This will remove the anonymous call rejection feature from your phone. Anonymous call rejection allows private callers to call you at anytime.
