How to Print an Outline in Keynote
If you're using Keynote presentation software for the Mac and have used PowerPoint in the past, you may notice some parallels, particularly the ability to create and print an outline view of your slides. A printout of your outline can be helpful as an organizational tool to keep your message on track and to visualize your text as you're creating the slide layout or delivering the presentation in front of an audience.

Open your Keynote presentation.

Click "View," and then scroll to and click "Outline."

Click the "File" menu and then "Print."

Click "Keynote" from the "Copies & Pages" pop-up menu in the print dialog box. Click "Outline," and then press "Print."

Tips & Warnings
Outline view is perhaps the easiest way to organize, order and reorder your bulleted text as you create the presentation. Double-click a slide icon in the slide navigator to hide its bulleted text.
