How to Reglaze a Bathroom Floor
Ceramic bathroom floor tiles are generally covered in a glaze that protects the tiles from moisture. This glaze is baked on as part of the manufacturing process of the tiles. If the tiles have become dull and dingy over the years, it is possible to reglaze with polyurethane, the same material used to gloss wood floors. Make sure to get low-gloss polyurethane, as high-gloss can make the floor too slippery for a bathroom. Does this Spark an idea?
