1
Fill a plastic grocery bag with ice cubes and tie the handles of the bag to secure it closed. Roll a rolling pin over the bag, until the ice is crushed finely.
-
2
Fill a plastic sandwich bag with the crushed ice, making sure there is not so much ice in the bag, that it can't be properly closed.
-
-
3
Pour 1/4 cup of rubbing alcohol over the crushed ice in the sandwich bag. Shake the bag, so that the alcohol is incorporated and starts to dissolve the ice, making it a solid block.
-
4
Close the top of the sandwich bag and place it over your skin, either on your puffy eyes or aching muscles.
-
5
Place the cold pack in the freezer after using, and it can be used again in the future when you need it.
