How to Set Up an Easy Shaper
The Easy Shaper is an in-home workout machine that looks like a weight bench sitting directly on the floor. You push a U-shaped bar, which attaches to the bench with resistance bands, from different positions to work your abs, glutes and legs. When you first get your Easy Shaper device, you will have to set it up. However, you don't need any tools; the device includes all the necessary hardware for set-up.
