How to Look Up Lists on Twitter
The list function on Twitter helps users to organize their Twitter contacts into specific groups and themes. Each user can create up to 20 different Twitter lists to group contacts by friend type or shared interest. One of the useful features of Twitter lists is that anyone can look up a user's list and choose to subscribe to the list or follow the individuals on the list. You can look up Twitter lists by clicking the "Lists" tab on the user's Twitter profile.
