How to Charge a Holux M-1200
The Holux M-1200 is a Bluetooth GPS receiver designed with a removable lithium-ion rechargeable battery that provides up to 15 hours of power between charges. When the battery is nearly spent, the battery icon on the front of the device, located between the GPS and Bluetooth icons, will turn red. Charging your M-1200 at this point isn't a complicated process. You can charge it by plugging it, using the USB data cable, into a USB port on your computer.

Connect the mini USB plug on the Holux data cable to the port on the left side of your Holux M-1200.

Turn on your computer if it's not already turned on; or if it's in sleep/standby mode.

Plug the other end of the cable into a USB port on your computer. If you connected the cable correctly to the device and computer, the battery icon should turn green.

Wait for the icon LED to turn off indicating that the unit has charged completely.

Unplug the cable from your computer and the M-1200.

Tips & Warnings
If the battery LED doesn't turn on, check that you fully inserted the plugs into the ports.
The battery icon LED won't turn on if the battery is damaged, defective or old.
