How to Become a Vendor at Walgreens
In 1901, Charles R. Walgreen, Sr. opened the first Walgreen's pharmacy in the small town of Dixon, Illinois. The franchise grew steadily and now has more than 7,000 stores. While many customers visit Walgreens to fill medication prescriptions, the store also carries a variety of other items such as cosmetics, electronics, housewares, toys and stationery. Vendors interested in selling their products at Walgreens need to submit a questionnaire and samples in order to be considered.
