Once you sign up for this service, a phone number is assigned to you as well as Google Voice invitations that you can begin using immediately. Log into your Google Voice account. Enter your username and password into the designated sections and click the "submit button."

Locate the "Invite a Friend" link located on the lower left section of the webpage. Take note of how many invites you have available to use. It will be in parenthesis next to the "Invite a Friend" link. For example, if you have three invites left it will say "(3 left)."

Click on the "Invite a friend" link. This will generate a new pop-up window titled "Invite your Friends to Google Voice." Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite into the designated box. If you have three invitations then you can only enter three email addresses.

Include a note with the invitation if you chose. Add the note to the designated box. Review the information entered to ensure everything is correct. Click the "Send Invites" button to send your Google Voice invites.
