How to Make a Tennis Ball Symbol on Facebook

Your friends update their Facebook status or post on your wall -- but instead of using regular text, they're posting with strange symbols, like a comet or a tennis ball. This means they're using the Status Symbol application on Facebook. The Status Symbol application allows you to use any symbols that you would regularly find in a program like Microsoft Word and post those symbols on someone's Facebook wall. You can also create your own symbols.

Instructions

1. Install the "Status Symbol" application, linked in the resource section. Click "Allow" to install the application.

2. Click "Status and Send" on the main menu on the left-hand side.

3. Click "Misc." The tennis ball symbol is the second one in, though it is labelled as "Japanese Industrial Standard."

• You can use the Status Symbols application to post other images as well.
