How to Change a Link to Unvisited in PowerPoint

PowerPoint is a sophisticated presentation and multimedia development tool offered as part of Microsoft's Office Suite software package. Many users include hyperlinks in their presentations to illustrate points, access websites or provide references. However, a default setting in the PowerPoint color templates changes the color of a hyperlink's text once it's clicked to show that it was visited. This is sometimes helpful but not always practical when giving a presentation multiple times or practicing. A few steps allow you to change the template so that a hyperlink's text color is not affected when you visit it.

Locate "Followed Hyperlink" at the bottom of the drop-down menu and click the black down arrow to the right of the colored square.
