How to Avoid Timing Out on Megavideo

Megavideo is an online site that allows you to watch a wide range of videos online. Although the site has some of the best quality videos on the Internet, it also has a fail safe installed on it -- where the video stops playing after 72 minutes. After you reach this limit, you must wait 50 minutes before you can watch the rest of the video. However, there are ways to get around this.

Instructions

1. Sign-up for a Premium account on Megavideo. This will require you to pay a monthly subscription fee, but it will alleviate the 72 minute time limit.

2. Select the video you would like to view and wait for the video to buffer completely. Once it has buffered, disconnect your computer from the Internet.

3. Open up the video. After it has played for a couple of seconds, click the "Pause" button. Wait for the video to buffer. Click the "File" button on your toolbar and select "Work Offline." This will stop the site from blocking your IP address after the 72 minutes.

4. Select the "Tools" on your browser and the "Options." Clear Internet history and cookies. Click on the "Block Sites" and add block "megavideo.com" and "www.megavideo.com."
