How to Cancel a Chargeback on PayPal

PayPal is an e-commerce service that allows you to send money to any individual with a PayPal account. Once you send money using PayPal, you can initiate a chargeback if you would like to dispute the transaction with the person you sent the funds to. Once you initiate the dispute, PayPal will place a hold on the recipient's funds and initiate an investigation. You would typically initiate a dispute if you used PayPal to purchase a product or service and were not happy with that product or service. After initiating the dispute, PayPal allows you to cancel the chargeback at any time.
