How to Tie Up Lady Keli on 'RuneScape"
In "RuneScape," Al Kharid castle is having plenty of problems. When you enter it, you will find that the biggest problem, by far, is the kidnapping of Prince Ali. If you agree to help recover him safely, you will be given the "Prince Ali Rescue" quest. The Prince's kidnapper is a wicked woman named Lady Keli. It is your task to gather the necessary supplies to tie up Lady Keli and free Prince Ali from his prison cell.

Travel to East Draynor Village and enter Ned's house. Pay Ned 15 gold to buy a rope from him. Alternatively, give him four balls of wool, and he will make a rope for you.

Give Ned one ball of wool to have him make you a wig.

Travel to North Draynor Village and enter Aggie's house. Ask her to make you a dye and select "Yellow." Give her five gold and two onions to receive the yellow dye. Apply the dye to the wig.

Bring Aggie a bucket of water, red berries, a pot of flour and ashes; she will use these ingredients to create a skin paste for you.

Go to the center of Varrock City. Enter the clothing shop in the southwest corner. Buy a pink skirt for two gold from Thessalia.

Create a jail key mold by mining one piece of copper and a piece of tin. Put the tin and copper into a furnace to make a bronze bar. Combine the bronze bar and soft clay to make the key.

Travel to the Draynor Village jail. Enter it and talk to Lady Keli. When she asks you a question, choose any answer you want, except for "Katrine is better." Ask her to hold the key she is wearing to obtain a copy of it.

Go to Al Kharid and talk to Osman, who is standing to the south of the palace. He will use the copy of the key to make you a usable key.

Enter the jail. Give three beers to Joe, the guard, to make him drunk. Walk up to Lady Keli. Open your inventory and select the rope to tie her up.

Tips & Warnings
Once Lady Keli is tied up, you will be free to enter Prince Ali's cell. Put the disguise you made on him to get him out of the jail safely.
