How to Get Images for Music on iPod Touch
Music you download from the iTunes Music Store includes album artwork, and an iPod Touch displays this artwork while the music is being played. Songs you have added to your iTunes library from CDs or folders on your computer may not include images, but you can search for the appropriate images using iTunes and sync the artwork with your iPod Touch.
