How to Export to Web FileMaker Pro
In order to view data in a FileMaker Pro database, you must have the application installed on your PC or Mac computer. However, you can export records from a FileMaker Pro database and share them in different ways. For example, you can export FileMaker Pro data in the HTML format, which will create a table of records that you can upload to a web server and view with a browser.

Launch the FileMaker Pro application on your PC or Mac computer.

Open the database file that contains the data you want to export.

Go to "File" in the top menubar and choose the "Export Records" option.

Open the "Type" drop-down menu and select "HTML Table."

Navigate to the location where you want to save the exported file and then click "Save."

Highlight the data fields that you want to include in the exported file and press "Move."

Hit "Export" to create an HTML table of the records in your database that can be used on the web.
