How to Create a Ymail Account

Ymail is a Web-based email service offered by Yahoo. Yahoo Mail allows you to create a free @ymail.com email account. Once you create your Ymail account you can send and receive unlimited emails with your new email account. Yahoo email accounts also offers unlimited storage. You can create your Ymail account from Yahoo's mail homepage.

Instructions

      Go to the Yahoo mail address homepage at new.mail.yahoo.com/addresses.

      Select "@ymail" from the drop-down menu and click the "Get it Now" button.

      Enter your name, gender, date of birth and country of residency in the appropriate fields.

      Select the Yahoo ID you want to use and click the "Check" button. If the selected Yahoo ID is not available, Yahoo will prompt you to select a new ID. Enter the password you want to use with your email address.

      Select two secret questions from the drop-down menus and enter the answers in the appropriate fields.

      Enter the security code by copying the printed security code in the appropriate text field.

    • 7

      Click the "Create My Account" button to complete the process of creating your new Ymail account.
